I slammed the door to the group house like usual, though somehow, no one managed to comment on how I should be more courteous. Today, everyone seemed to get I was in a bad mood. I walked passed the living room, where the TV was showing some kind of cartoon through bouts of static reception. I rolled my eyes as I observed Devin and the new kid, Whiskers as I called him, fight for the remote. Off to the side was Drew, laughing at the display.
